To update your name in the Cluby app, follow these steps:
Open the Cluby app on your mobile device.
Navigate to the "Profile" section.
Tap on your profile information at the top, where your current name is displayed.
Select "Name" and enter your new name.
Save the changes to update your name.
💡 Please note that you can change your name only once per year within the app.
If you have already changed your name within the last year, please follow these steps:
Send a message to support@cluby.com.
Include the following information in your message:
Your current name
The phone number linked to your Cluby account
Your email address
The new name you wish to update your account to
The Cluby team will update your name manually.
⏱ Note: The update typically takes 2–3 business days to complete.
