Activate and use membership benefits
1. Choose your restaurant:
Open the Cluby app and select the restaurant where you are making a purchase. You can view the available benefits without joining as a member, but you need to click "Join as a member" to redeem them.
2. Select the benefit:
Browse the available membership benefits and choose the one you'd like to use. Note any time restrictions or conditions.
3. Activate the benefit:
Tap on the "activate" button to activate the selected benefit.
4. Redeem within 5 minutes:
Once activated, you have 5 minutes to redeem the benefit at the restaurant. Show the confirmation to the staff during payment.
When benefits change
If you notice changes in benefits:
Check the restaurant's page for updated information.
Contact the restaurant directly for specific questions.
The restaurant staff can provide the most accurate information about their current offers.

To give feedback about benefits:
Contact the restaurant directly.
Ask for the manager or person in charge of customer benefits.
