Updated this week

Step 1: Navigate to "Members"

Log in to your Cluby Partner Hub and click "Members" from the top navigation bar.

Step 2: Choose how to provide a card

There are three ways to offer cards in Cluby:

Sell a subscription

This allows you to sell monthly recurring membership cards (such as a coffee subscription or lunch membership).

To create one: Click "Sell subscriptions", define the offer, add benefits, and publish it.
👉 Read the detailed guide on how to sell a subscription

Sell a card (one-time purchase)

These are one-time payment cards like a season pass or VIP card for a special event.
To create one: Select "Sell cards", fill in the offer details, and choose the card type.

Give a card (manually)

This lets you grant a card to specific users, like staff or loyal customers, without charging them.

To do this: Go to a user’s profile and click "Give cards", then choose the appropriate card and venue.
👉 Read the detailed guide on how to give cards manually

Step 3: Manage existing cards

In the "Sell cards" or "Sell subscriptions" sections, you can view and manage all active cards.

To deactivate a card, click "Edit" on the selected card and toggle "Hide card from users" at the bottom of the page. Don’t forget to click "Save and Publish".

You’re all set!
Whether you're creating a loyalty program, VIP access, or internal perks, cards in Cluby give you full flexibility to tailor the experience for your members.
