Getting started with Partner Hub

Use this guide to get started easily and learn how to make the most of Cluby's key features.

Welcome to Cluby Partner Hub! 🧑 This guide walks you through all the most important features β€” from logging in to communication. A good place to start if you're a new user or want to make sure you're getting the most out of the platform.

Logging in

Once you've received your invitation by email, follow the registration flow to log in. You can return to Partner Hub at any time at partners.cluby.com.

πŸ’‘ User permission levels: Cluby Partner Hub has three permission levels: Organisation admin (sees everything, manages all venues), Admin (venue-specific access) and Viewer (read-only access). More information: Managing users and permissions.

Members

In the Members view you can see all your loyalty customers. You can search for a specific member by name or email, and clicking on a member shows their full activity history β€” visits, redeemed benefits and cards.

Member benefits

Offer your members benefits that encourage them to come back. Benefits can be:

  • Welcome benefit β€” one-time, when a customer joins as a member

  • Daily β€” can be redeemed once a day

  • Weekly β€” once a week

  • Monthly β€” once a month

  • Recurring β€” no time limit

Stamp Passes

A Stamp Pass rewards your customers for repeat visits or purchases β€” digitally, without physical cards or stickers. Stamps can be collected in three ways: NFC card, QR code (Restolution POS integration) or rotating numeric code.

Member cards

With member cards you can offer your customers different membership tiers. There are three types of cards:

Events and tickets

Create events and sell tickets directly through Cluby. Ticket buyers are automatically added to your customer register.

πŸ’‘ Ticket transfers: In new events, the Ticket transfers setting is on by default β€” meaning your customers can transfer their purchased ticket to another person before the event. You can switch it off for individual events if you wish.

Action Links

Under Action Links you manage the physical touchpoints through which customers can earn a stamp or benefit with a single tap:

  • NFC cards β€” customers earn a stamp by tapping their phone on the card. Cards are activated for your organisation here and then linked to the Stamp Pass of your choice.

Birthday gifts

Send your members an automatic birthday surprise. A great way to show appreciation and bring customers back on their birthday.

Communicating with members

Keep your members up to date and engaged through push notifications and email marketing.

Integrations

Under Settings β†’ Integrations you can connect Partner Hub to other systems:

  • Restolution β€” point-of-sale system for automatically redeeming Stamp Passes and member benefits at the till

  • EmailOctopus β€” email marketing directly from your member register via an API key
