What if the event I bought a ticket for gets cancelled?

If your event is cancelled, don’t worry – you’ll automatically receive a refund! Cluby takes care of the refund process for you, so there’s nothing you need to do.

How does the refund work?

If an event is cancelled, for example due to illness or other reasons:

  • The event organiser (such as a restaurant or club) will announce the cancellation in the Cluby app or through their own channels.

  • Once the organiser has confirmed the cancellation, Cluby will automatically process your refund – you’ll receive the money back to the same card you used for the purchase.

When will I get my money back?

  • The refund will be made to the same payment card you used to buy the ticket.

  • The funds typically appear in your account within 2–5 business days after the refund is processed.

  • Bank processing times may vary slightly, but all refunds are handled automatically.

Who is responsible?

  • The event organiser is responsible for the event itself and any changes or cancellations.

  • Cluby manages the payment process and ensures that your refund is issued safely and quickly.
