Follow the instructions below to locate your purchased event ticket and receipt:
Option 1: Cluby web version
Go to https://cluby.com
Log in using the same email address you used to purchase the ticket
Open your email and click the ticket link again once you’re logged in
Option 2: Cluby app
Download the Cluby app: https://cluby.app
Log in using the same email address used for the purchase
Your ticket will appear at the top of the home screen
Ticket activation in the app
Tickets will appear in the section where the event countdown is displayed.
Before the event starts, the countdown will automatically turn into the ticket.
Receipt
The receipt is available only in the Cluby app
Go to Profile > Settings > Receipts
Tip: Make sure you’re using the exact same email address both for your purchase and for logging into Cluby. This ensures your ticket show up correctly.
