Follow these steps to set up your event or watch the video:
1. Go to the “Events” tab
Open your Partner Hub and click on the "Events" tab in the menu.
2. Create a new event
Click "Create new event" to start adding yoru event details.
3. Fill in the required details
Event name
Description
Photo
Schedule
Facebook link (optional)
Event website URL (optional)
4. Choose the event type
In the “Type” section, select “Free event” to make it clear there is no entry fee.
5. OPTIONAL: Publish event later on
(Optional) If you want to prepare the event in advance but publish it later, click the “Hide event from users” toggle on. When ready to go live, switch off.
6. Publish your event
Click “Save and publish” to make your event visible to all users in the Cluby app.
