To ensure you receive your ticket sales reports promptly and that payouts are directed to the correct bank account, please follow these steps:
1. Provide your email address for ticket sales reports
If you prefer to receive ticket sales reports at a different email address, please send the new address to finance@cluby.com.
2. Submit your bank account details for payouts
Provide your bank account number by adding the details in PartnerHub.
Go to https://partners.club.com and log in with your credentials.
Navigate to your profile section (from the main menu, select your name).
Select the "Manage venues" button.
Choose venue.
Add your bank account details (IBAN number).
Please note:
Ticket sales reports are sent during the following month.
Payouts will be processed once we have received all the required information and confirmed your bank account details.
