Here are the step-by-step instructions for removing a member's card in the Cluby Partner Hub
Step 1: Access the "Members" section
Navigate to the Cluby Partner Hub and log in with your credentials.
Click on the "Members" tab in the top navigation bar.
Step 2: Select "Sell cards"
Within the "Members" section, choose "Sell cards" to view the list of active cards.
Step 3: Choose the appropriate location (if applicable)
If you manage multiple venues, select the specific location where you want to make changes from the navigation menu.
Step 4: Identify and edit the card to be removed
From the "Active cards" list, locate the card you wish to remove.
Click on "Edit" next to the chosen card to open the editing interface.
Step 5: Hide the card from users
Scroll to the bottom of the page and check the option labelled "Hide card from users."
Step 6: Save and publish changes
Click "Save and Publish" to apply the changes.
A confirmation prompt will appear; select "Hide" to proceed.
Step 7: Finalise the update
Click "Save and Publish" again to ensure the card is now inactive.
The card should now appear under the "Inactive cards" section.
You can reactivate the card or make further modifications at any time by accessing the "Inactive cards" list and selecting the desired card.
