If a customer is missing a stamp due to a technical issue, for example, you can easily add it yourself via the Partner Hub. We recommend adding the stamp immediately at the counter to ensure the best possible customer experience.
Follow these steps:
Log in to the Cluby Partner Hub with your credentials.
Select “Member Register” from the menu on the left.
Search for the customer by typing their name into the search field.
Click on the customer's name to view their member details, recent activity, and active stamp cards.
Find the correct stamp card and click “Give stamp”.
Confirm by clicking “Give stamp” again.
The stamp is updated immediately in both the Partner Hub and the customer’s Cluby app.
