Cluby Partner Hub features — overview
An overview of all Cluby's features for restaurants: member register, member benefits, member cards, Stamp Passes, events and tickets, integrations and communication.
Cluby Partner Hub is your loyalty platform for a restaurant: you build a digital member register, offer unique member benefits, sell tickets to events, reward loyal customers with Stamp Passes, and keep in touch with them through push notifications and email marketing. Here's an overview of all Cluby's key features.
Member register and member profiles
The member register is the heart of Partner Hub. There you can see all your loyalty members in one place, dig into an individual member's activity, and give them rewards or benefits manually directly from their profile.
When a customer joins your restaurant's loyalty programme through the Cluby app, you get access to valuable data: visits, redeemed benefits, collected stamps, purchased event tickets and more. From this you can target campaigns, communication and benefits at exactly the right audience.
Member benefits
Engage your customers by offering them member benefits — discounts, free products or special offers. The benefits appear to loyalty members in the Cluby app and are redeemed at the till with an activation view.
You can set:
Frequency — one-time, daily, weekly, monthly or recurring
Target audience — all members or only holders of specific member cards (e.g. VIP, season card holders, partners)
Availability — times of day, days of the week, per venue

Member cards — three types
With member cards you can offer different membership tiers or special roles:
Given card — granted to a customer manually through Partner Hub (e.g. VIP, staff or partner card)
Purchasable card — customers can buy it in the Cluby app (e.g. a season card)
Recurring subscription card — renews automatically each month or year, brings predictable recurring revenue
You can link unique exclusive benefits to each card type.

Stamp Passes — reward repeat visits
A digital Stamp Pass rewards your customers for repeat visits or purchases — e.g. "10 lunches = the 11th free". No physical cards or stickers.
Customers can collect stamps in three ways:
NFC card — the customer taps their phone on the venue's NFC card. Effortless and fast, doesn't require POS integration.
QR code (POS integration) — the till scans the customer's QR code from the Cluby app. Stamps are verified automatically from the right purchases. Available with the Restolution point-of-sale system.
Rotating numeric code — staff share a code, the customer enters it in the app. No POS integration required.
The same Stamp Pass can work across multiple venues — stamps add up to one shared balance.
Events and ticket sales
Create events and sell tickets directly through Cluby — without third-party ticket vendors. Every ticket buyer is automatically added to your member register.
Event features:
Paid and free events — both work with the same flow
Entry and cloakroom tickets — separate VAT categories
Ticket transfers — customers can transfer their ticket to another person (on by default)
Cancellation handling — cancelled or postponed events are managed in Partner Hub
Ticket sales reports and payouts — sales, cloakroom, VAT and fees broken down separately

Birthday gifts
Send your loyalty members an automatic birthday surprise — e.g. a welcome drink or dessert. A nice way to show appreciation and bring customers back on their birthday.

Member communication
Stay in touch with your loyalty members in several ways:
Push notifications in the Cluby app — target messages to all members or specific groups
EmailOctopus integration — connect Partner Hub directly to your email marketing tool, your member list and member card fields sync automatically
CSV export — if you use another email tool (Mailchimp, Brevo, Klaviyo...)
Action Links and NFC cards
Under Action Links you manage the physical touchpoints through which customers can earn a stamp or benefit with a single tap:
NFC cards — activated for your organisation, linked to a Stamp Pass
You can order NFC cards directly from the Cluby team for your venue.
Integrations
Under Settings → Integrations you can connect Partner Hub to other systems:
Restolution — POS integration that redeems Stamp Pass entries and member benefits automatically at the till. Also enables the Cluby point system.
EmailOctopus — email marketing directly from your member register via an API key

Staff cards
Offer your staff their own benefits and discounts with a given staff card. Benefits aimed only at staff improve morale and turn your team into your brand's ambassadors.
A staff card is one use case for a given card — you create it in Partner Hub and hand it out to each of your employees.
Point system (Restolution)
Give your customers the chance to collect points from their purchases and redeem them for benefits. The point system rewards long-term engagement and gamifies the experience — customers benefit from every purchase, not just from one-off campaigns.
⚠️ The point system requires the Restolution POS integration.
Multiple venues
If your organisation operates several venues under the same brand, you can:
Manage all venues from a single Partner Hub
Use the same Stamp Pass across all venues — stamps add up to one shared balance
Target member benefits per venue
Manage user permissions per venue (Admin / Viewer)
