Here’s how to create and send a push notification from your Partner Hub:

Step 1: Open the messages tab

Log in to your Partner Hub at partners.cluby.com, and click on "Messages" in the side navigation bar.

Step 2: Select the venue and audience

Use the dropdown menu to select the venue you want to send the push notification from. Your message will be sent only to members of the selected venue.

Step 3: Write your message

In the message field, write a clear and concise push message.
Think about your goal—are you promoting a benefit, highlighting an event, or simply saying hello?
Make sure the message feels relevant and personal. Avoid repeating the same message week after week to keep your audience engaged.

Step 4: Add an image (optional)

Make your message more eye-catching by adding a relevant image.
Push notifications with visuals often have higher open and engagement rates.

Step 5: Schedule your push

You can choose whether to send the push notification right away or schedule it for later.
Timing matters! Think about when your members are most likely to open their phones and act on your message—like late mornings or early afternoons.
