Bought a ticket for a Cluby event? In this guide you'll find where the ticket appears, how to get your receipt, and how to transfer the ticket to someone else if you can't make it.
β οΈ Important: always use the same email address for both your Cluby account and the ticket purchase β otherwise the ticket won't show up correctly.
In the Cluby app (recommended)
Download the Cluby app to your phone from cluby.app, if you haven't already installed it.
Log in with the same email you used to buy the ticket
Go to the My Cluby section at the bottom of the screen
Change the location at the top to Everywhere or the city of the event
Your ticket appears on the home screen β where the event countdown is shown. Before the event starts, the countdown automatically turns into the ticket.
π‘ You can also find all your purchases in the Purchases tab of your profile.
In the Cluby web version
Don't want to download the app? You can also access your ticket in a browser:
Log in to the Cluby web version with the same email you used to buy the ticket
Open your email and click the ticket link you received again β the ticket opens on Cluby
OR
Go to the page of the venue you bought the ticket from
Select the event you bought a ticket for
Your ticket appears on the event page, once you're logged in with the correct email
Transferring the ticket to someone else
Can't make it to the event but want to give the ticket to a friend? You can transfer the ticket easily from the Cluby app.
Open the ticket in the app (Purchases tab or the event's own view)
Select Transfer ticket
Enter the recipient's phone number β the same number they've used for their Cluby account
Confirm β the ticket moves instantly
π‘ Refunds always go to the original buyer of the ticket, even if the ticket has been transferred.

Receipts are available only in the Cluby app:
Go to My profile β Settings β Receipts
