Cluby gives you the opportunity to reward loyal customers for every purchase with a digital stamp card – for example, a lunch pass. Once a customer collects a certain number of stamps, they receive a selected reward.
Note: The stamp card is currently only available for restaurants using the Restolution POS system.
1. Share the required information with Cluby
Send the following details to the Cluby team:
Restolution venue ID (businessUnitUUID)
Example: 6550a5bf-04c0-4871-bc70-71acaf85afdcProducts that collect stamps (preferably with product IDs)
Reward product (with product ID)
Number of stamps required for the reward
2. Cluby sends a request to Restolution
Cluby will contact Restolution and request to enable the integration for your venue.
3. Cluby activates the stamp card
The configuration will be handled in the Cluby Partner Hub.
4. Stamp card testing
You’ll receive a test QR code to try out the reward flow. In the test:
Select the reward product in your POS
Scan the test QR code from a phone screen
If everything works, you’ll see the message: “Cluby stamp pass okay”
5. Staff training and launch
Cluby will guide your staff through using the digital stamp card.
To make the most of it, promote the stamp card both in your venue and through your staff.
