A digital stamp card rewards your customers for repeat visits. This guide walks you through creating a stamp card in Partner Hub from start to finish — whether you choose POS integration or the code-based option.
Before you start: choose your stamp card type
Cluby offers two ways to collect stamps:
POS integration — stamps are collected automatically via your point-of-sale system. Currently available with Restolution only.
Code-based — no POS integration required. Customers enter a code provided by staff into the app.
Your choice affects a few settings in later steps — otherwise the process is the same for both.
1. Create a new stamp card
Log in to Partner Hub at partners.cluby.com.
Select Stamp Cards from the left menu.
Click New Stamp Card.
If you manage multiple venues, select the venues where the card will be available. If you only have one venue, this option will not appear.
Enter a name for the stamp card in both Finnish and English. Use a name that is clear to customers, e.g. Lounaspassi / Lunch Pass.
Select the stamp card type: POS integration or Code-based.
2. Set up stamp collection
Start by defining how many stamps a member needs to earn a reward — this applies to both types.
Enter the number of stamps required, e.g. 10 stamps → free lunch.
Code-based stamp card — additional settings:
Set a daily stamp limit, e.g. 1 stamp per day.
Optionally enable an automatically rotating activation code:
The code rotates automatically every morning.
Enter the email addresses to which the new code is sent daily.
The code can only be used on the day it is issued.
POS integration stamp card — additional settings:
Select the products for which a member earns a stamp. Search by product name or product ID.
A member earns one stamp for each qualifying purchase.
⚠️ Note: If stamps are not being collected, first check that the product IDs are up to date in Partner Hub.
3. Set up the reward
The reward is the benefit a member receives once they have collected enough stamps.
Enter the reward name and description in both Finnish and English.
Add an image of the reward. Recommended size: 1500 × 900 pixels.
POS integration stamp card — additionally:
Select the reward product by name or product ID.
Enter the price group ID — this is usually 1 (the default price list value).
4. Publish the stamp card
Select Save and publish — the stamp card is immediately available to members in the app.
If you want to publish it later, select Hide stamp card from members and save. You can publish it at any time afterwards.
5. How a member collects a stamp
With POS integration:
The member opens the Cluby app and selects the stamp card.
The member taps Collect stamp and shows the QR code to the POS reader.
The system registers the stamp automatically when the purchase meets the stamp card criteria.
With the code-based option:
The member opens the Cluby app and selects the stamp card.
The member enters the code provided by staff into the Stamp code field.
The system registers the stamp, provided the daily stamp limit has not been reached.
⚠️ Note: If you change the code in Partner Hub, the old code stops working immediately. We recommend rotating the code daily to keep things secure.
6. Adding a stamp manually
If a member missed a stamp — for example due to a technical issue or human error — you can add it manually from Partner Hub. We recommend doing this straight away at the till for the best customer experience.
Log in to Partner Hub.
Select Member Register from the left menu.
Search for the member by typing their name into the search field.
Click the member's name — you will see their membership details, recent transactions, and active stamp cards.
Find the correct stamp card and click Give stamp.
Confirm by clicking Give stamp again.
✅ The stamp updates instantly in both Partner Hub and the member's Cluby app.
7. Editing a stamp card
Go to the Stamp Cards section and select the card you want to edit.
Click Edit.
Make the necessary changes, e.g. add or remove POS products.
Always remember to save and publish your changes.
💡 Tip: You can temporarily hide a stamp card from the app without deleting it. This way, any stamps members have already collected are preserved.
8. Deleting a stamp card
If you no longer need a stamp card, you can permanently delete it from Partner Hub.
Go to the Member Cards section from the left menu.
Find the stamp card you want to delete. You can filter the view using the dropdown (Active / Hidden / All).
Click the three dots ⋮ next to the card.
Select Delete.
Confirm the deletion.
⚠️ Note: Deletion is permanent — the card and its data cannot be recovered. If you only want to temporarily disable the card, use the Hide stamp card from members option instead.
