Setting up the same Stamp Pass across multiple venues — guide for restaurants

How to extend an existing Stamp Pass to a second venue so your customers collect the same stamps across all locations.

If your organisation runs several venues, you can put the same Stamp Pass in place across all of them. Customers collect the same stamps regardless of which venue they visit — e.g. a Lunch Pass can work in both your Espoo and Oulu restaurants, and one stamp per visit builds up the same ten-stamp balance.

Why use the same Stamp Pass across multiple venues?

  • One balance across all venues — your customer's stamps aren't fragmented across different locations

  • One reward — e.g. a free lunch can be redeemed at any restaurant in the chain

  • Consistent customer experience — customers know Cluby works the same way at every one of your venues

  • Easier to manage — one Stamp Pass, no parallel versions

Before you start

You'll need:

  • An existing Stamp Pass (already created at one of your venues)

  • A second venue created in Partner Hub under the same organisation — if the venue doesn't exist yet, add it first: How to add a new venue to Cluby Partner Hub

  • Admin or Organisation admin permissions in Cluby Partner Hub

⚠️ If you're using POS integration or NFC cards: make sure the same integration is set up at the new venue too. Restolution settings and NFC cards have to be activated separately for each venue so that stamps register automatically.

1. Open the Stamp Pass

  1. From the left sidebar, go to Stamp Passes

  2. Find the Stamp Pass in the list that you want to extend to another venue

2. Open the Edit details menu

Click the menu on the right of the Stamp Pass row. You'll see four actions:

  • ⚙️ Edit detailschoose this

  • 🏆 Edit reward

  • 👁️ Hide from users

  • 🗑️ Delete

Select Edit details. The Stamp Pass wizard opens.

3. Add another venue in the Basics step

  1. The wizard opens to 1. Basics

  2. Find the Venues field, which lists the venues where the Stamp Pass is currently in use

  3. Click the dropdown and select another venue too (e.g. Oulu)

  4. You can select several venues at once if you want to roll the pass out to all of them

💡 Tip: You'll see all your organisation's venues in the list. If a venue is missing, it most likely hasn't been created yet — add it first under Settings → Venues.

4. Complete the wizard and save

  1. Click Continue to step through the remaining stages (Settings → NFC cards → Rewards)

  2. Check that:

    • The settings (number of stamps, stamping method) are the same

    • If you're using NFC cards, the new venue's cards are linked

    • If you're using Restolution POS integration, the new venue's product IDs work

  3. Click Save and publish

✅ The Stamp Pass now appears to customers at both the original and the new venue. Stamps customers have collected before are preserved and they can keep collecting at either venue.

Important notes

NFC cards per venue

If you're using NFC cards, every venue needs its own physical NFC cards. Activate them separately for each venue and link them to the same Stamp Pass. See: Adding an NFC card to a Stamp Pass.

POS integration per venue

If you're using Restolution POS integration, make sure the new venue's Restolution settings are in place: API key, POS keys and venue mappings to Cluby venues.

Rotating numeric code

With a rotating numeric code, the same code works at every venue, so the customer can use it anywhere. Make sure the code is shared with the till staff at all venues.

Reward across all venues

The reward is the same and can be redeemed at any of the venues you've added. Make sure your staff knows the pass can be redeemed using stamps collected at the other venues too.

Stamps customers have already collected

When you add a new venue, customers' previously collected stamps are preserved — they don't have to start over. The change is additive.

Removing a venue from the Stamp Pass

If you want to remove a venue from the Stamp Pass (e.g. the venue is closing), open the same ⋮ → Edit details view and uncheck the venue.

⚠️ Note: Removing a venue from the Stamp Pass affects future stamping — stamps already collected stay with the customers.
