Push messages are a great way to stay connected with your members—whether you're promoting a special offer, announcing an upcoming event, or sharing timely updates. With well-timed, relevant messages, you’ll strengthen customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
Here’s how to create and send a push messages from Cluby Partner Hub
1: Open the messages tab
Log in to your Partner Hub at partners.cluby.com, and click on "Messages" in the side navigation bar. Then click "Send push message".
2: Targeting messages (push notifications)
You can target the push notifications you send to specific groups of members, ensuring your message reaches exactly the right customers.
Selecting the location
If you manage multiple locations: Use the "Locations" drop-down menu in the top bar to select the location whose members you want to send the message to.
Note! The push notification will only be sent to the customer base of the selected location.
Message targeting
You can further target the message based on the following criteria:
Cards: Target users who possess specific digital cards (e.g., VIP card or staff card).
Age group: Send the message to customers within a specific age range.
Gender: Filter the target group by gender.
By selecting the correct location and target group, you ensure your message is as effective as possible.
3: Write your message
In the message field, write a clear and concise push message.
Think about your goal—are you promoting a benefit, highlighting an event, or communicating about your new menu?
Make sure the message feels relevant and personal. Avoid repeating the same message week after week to keep your audience engaged.
4: Add an image (optional)
You can make your announcement more visual by adding an image. An image catches attention and increases the likelihood that the message will be read. The recommended size is 1500 x 900 pixels.
5: Schedule your push message
You can send the push message immediately or schedule it for later. Timing matters! Think about when your customers are most likely on their phones – for example, in the morning or early afternoon.
You can also save the message and return to edit it later.
6. Review your message carefully before sending
It is important to note that a push notification that has already been sent cannot be edited or deleted by yourself afterwards.
If you notice an error in a message you have sent, we recommend the following:
Correct the error with a new message (recommended approach)
The quickest and most effective way to correct incorrect information is to immediately send a new push notification that corrects the error and explains the situation to your customers.
Example Correction Message: "Correction: The correct advance ticket price is €10, not €5 as mentioned in the previous message. We apologise for the error!"
