How to add a new venue to Cluby Partner Hub when you already have an account

Follow these steps to add a new venue to Cluby Partner Hub and ensure all necessary details are correctly filled in.

A clear guide for adding a new venue to Cluby Partner Hub β€” from basic information to publishing.

Need to add more venues to your account? This guide walks you through adding a new restaurant, cafΓ©, bar, or other venue directly from Partner Hub.

πŸ’‘ If you're signing up for Cluby for the first time, see the separate guide "Getting started with Partner Hub" β€” your first venue is created during the registration flow.

Before you start

Have these ready so you can fill everything in one go:

  • A valid Partner Hub account with permission to manage venues

  • Business ID and bank account in IBAN format for payouts

  • Logo and cover image (recommended cover size: 1500Γ—900 pixels)

  • A short venue description and street address

1. Open the "Add new venue" form

Log in to Partner Hub at partners.cluby.com and navigate directly to partners.cluby.com/manage/venue/new. The form opens β€” you'll fill everything in on a single page.

At the top of the page you'll find three buttons: Back to venues, Reset all changes, and Save & Publish.

2. Fill in the basic information

  • Name β€” the official venue name as it should appear to customers

  • Cluby.com handle β€” a unique URL (e.g., cluby.com/your-venue-name). Short and memorable works best.

  • Description β€” an inviting introduction. This is shown to customers in the app, so make the first sentence count.

  • Categories β€” pick 1–5 categories that best describe your venue. Customers filter by these.

πŸ’‘ Tip: If you want to prepare the venue before publishing, turn on the Hide venue from users toggle. You can publish later when everything is ready.

3. Add the location

Click Add new location. A modal opens with two ways to set the location:

  • Search location β€” type the venue name or address, the system finds the coordinates automatically

  • Edit location β€” fill in the fields manually: Location name, Street address, Postal code, City, and Precise Location

Click Save when done. You can add multiple locations for the same venue if needed (e.g., a restaurant chain with several branches).

4. Upload logo and cover image

  • Logo β€” your venue's logo. We recommend a square image with a transparent background (PNG).

  • Cover image β€” at least 1500Γ—900 pixels. This is the first thing customers see, so make it count: good lighting, no text overlay.

5. Fill in the business information

  • Business ID β€” your company's official business ID for payouts

  • Bank account (IBAN) β€” in IBAN format, e.g., FI21 1234 5600 0007 85

⚠️ Note: Without these details Cluby cannot process payouts. Double-check the numbers before saving.

6. Add contact info and social channels

The more channels you fill in, the easier it is for customers to find and reach you:

  • Website, Email, Phone number

  • Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, TikTok

  • WhatsApp number for customer support

  • Booking page (e.g., ResDiary, OpenTable, your own booking system)

7. Check the venue visibility

Decide whether the venue should appear in the Cluby app right away:

  • Toggle off (default) β€” venue is published and visible to all users immediately after saving

  • Toggle on (green) β€” venue is saved as hidden, you can publish later by editing

8. Save and publish

Once all fields are filled in, click Save & Publish at the top or bottom of the page.

The venue is saved and appears in the Venues list in Partner Hub. If the visibility toggle was off, the venue is also visible in the Cluby app immediately.

πŸ’‘ You can edit the details anytime by selecting the venue from the top-left corner and opening the edit view.
