💡 Using EmailOctopus? EmailOctopus is available as a direct integration in Partner Hub — you don't need to manually export a CSV.

1. Go to the Messages tab
Log in to Cluby Partner Hub and select "Messages" from the side menu.
2. Download the email addresses
Click "Send email" and then "Download email addresses (CSV)". The download contains all members' email addresses as a CSV file.
3. Import the CSV file into your marketing tool
Open your own marketing tool and find the option to import contacts. Upload the CSV file and make sure the email addresses are mapped to the right fields and categories.
⚠️ GDPR note: Only export the email addresses of members who have given consent to marketing communication. Cluby Partner Hub's CSV export only includes members who have opted in to marketing.
